Hi, I’m Isha Dedhia, founder of Visha Services. I’m a Forensic Accountant and an active, licensed CPA with a passion for helping individuals, families, and entrepreneurs make sense of their finances—especially during life’s most pivotal moments.
With years of experience in forensic accounting, I specialize in analyzing business and personal financial data for family law matters such as divorce, mediation, and settlement. I help clients understand complex financial information like business valuations, marital standard of living, and support calculations using trusted methodologies passed down through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Before launching my practice, I worked with the Small Business Development Center, where I guided local business owners on accounting systems, financial statements, and strategies to increase profitability. Teaching entrepreneurs how to interpret their financial results was one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
Earlier in my career at Accu/Northern Dental Corporation, I developed internal audit processes, managed financial reporting, and helped the company secure over $2 million in COVID-19 relief funding through grants, credits, and loans. My work ensured budget accuracy, supported recovery efforts, and contributed to long-term financial stability.
I hold a Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. I’m also proud to be a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Delta Sigma Pi, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, as well as the founder of the Executive Business Club.
Giving back is important to me. I’ve volunteered with the Fremont Family Resource Center, where I prepared taxes for low-income families, created protocols for a Virtual Tax Prep program, and supported peers with quality control. I also love bringing people together and regularly organize community gatherings and activities for all age groups.
